MX-F
The MX-F feautures Longitudinal and hoop fiberglass tube with fiberglass braid wrap. The combination offers a strengthening torsional matrix which protects the shaft and returns your energy to the blade, where you want it. No charge, optional, counter-balance lightens oar in the lock as well as points the blade up when floating, for easy spotting if the oar goes over-board.

The MX-F is available in a variety of colors and patterns, assuring you that you have a unique set of oars. We have oars available in Blue, Yellow, Magenta, Rainbow, Black. We can also do custom prints and logos.

MX-S or MX-L shaft 5 1/2" x 30" laminated Douglas fir with a epoxy metal mesh cross-tip spline, makes up the S/P blade of the MX-F.

MX-G
Developed to offer the best combination of lightness and strength, the
Sawyer MX-G™ is the ultimate oar for the enthusiast through whitewater professional. Longitudinal fiberglass mixed with Graphite braid offers a unique torsional energy return system; the more torque put to the shaft, the tighter the braid gets; the tighter the braid gets, the more stable the longitudinal fibers. Combine the MX-G shaft with the feel and flex of the White Ash blade with VGtm tip (graphite face/Dynelltm edged) and you have the finest oar available today. The MX-G is available with a 4 pound counter balance at no additional charge.
